<br />Resolution No. 76-179 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution authorizing the
<br />Mayor to make application and enter into a contract with the United States
<br />Department of Commerce, Ecancrmic DevelopASSrt Administration, for a grant for
<br />expansion of the Recreation Comple; and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved
<br />for auspepsion of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Boshamr.

<br />adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehoer. Airs. Saringer asked what the amount would be
<br />of City participation if this grant is approved. Air. Caster stated this is a

<br />Mayor to eater into a contract with the United States Department of Transportation
<br />for a grant for the purchase of ~ buses and related equipment for the North
<br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Liae, mad declaring an emergency. Mr. Beaty moved for
<br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Air. Sharpe.

<br />Ordinance No. 76-181 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading.
<br />Aa Ordinance authorizing the Msyor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an
<br />agreement with Koster & Associates, Architects, Inc. for the purpose of providing
<br />architectural services with respect to the construction of a service center and
<br />declaring an emergency. Mayor Christman stated this is a contract that is
<br />contingent upon the successful grant offer and if we do not get the grant there is
<br />no contract. Mr. West moved far suspension of rule requirng three separate

<br />Ordinance No. 76-1$2 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance establishing the organisational chart of the Fire Department for the
<br />year of 1977 and thereafter, setting forth the complement of the Fire Department,
<br />and establishing the salaries of the Alsmbers of the Mrs Department while on duty
<br />for the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 76183 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. An Ordinance suthox,~.zing the
<br />Mayor of the City of North Opted to enter into an agreement with Koster &
<br />Associates, Architects, Inc., far the purpose of providing architectural services
<br />with respect to the addition of second floor community rooms and outside 1~ennis
<br />courts at the Recreation Campleu and declaring an emergency. Mr. Boe~eer roved
<br />for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West.

<br />adoption, aecondad by Mr. West. Airs. Saringer questioned if this is lOdX funding.
