An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement for <br />computer services with the Region~~ 'l'ax Agency. Mr. West moved for adoption, <br />seconded by Mrs. SharF~. Affirmatiive vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Beringer, Sharpe, West, <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 76-154 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-155 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. A <br />REsolution approving the construction of an electric transmission line in the City <br />of North Olmsted and repealing Res. No. b9-160:' Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, <br />seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. <br />Abstain: Boehmer. Motion carried. Wis. No. 76-155 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-156 introduced by Mr. Wi2s~mosky was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance transferring appropriatio~-s fot current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1976. <br />Ordinance No. 76-158 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the Gity of North Olmsted, <br />which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Opted, by changing <br />the premises hereinafter described from Mixed Use District, General Retail Business <br />District and Limited Industry District to B Residence District. <br />Ordinance No. 76-159 introduced by Mts. Sharpe was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, <br />which zone map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing <br />the premises hereinafter described from C Single Residence District to Multiple <br />Residence District. <br />Resolution No. 76-160 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Inwood Builders Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-162 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. An Ordinance transferring <br />appropriations and making additional appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, <br />1976. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, <br />.Wilamosky. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative <br />vote: Beaty, Boe~taex, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. <br />76-162 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-x.63 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the payment of a total of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.) <br />to various property owners ag a moral claim involving the Gity of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 76-164 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Tallwood Estates Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 76-1¢5 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Charles Braun Subdivision <br />in the City of Nor~~t Olmsted. <br />Ii <br />
