Council Minutes of li-3T76 <br />-4- <br />Mr. Dick Shuman, Louis Drive, addressed Council with respect to the Sewer Treatment <br />Plant and what can be done to lower the cost cf the high sewer bills. Mr. Wilamosky <br />discussed same. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Resolution No. 76-146 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Friends Church Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Beaty. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boshmer, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />Res. No. 76-146 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-149 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given .its third reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the purchase of two (2) automobiles to be used by the Municipal Bus Line. Mr. Beaty <br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, <br />Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamoaky. Motion carried. Res. No. 76-I49 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-150 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution appointing an Assessment Bqualization Board to hear objections <br />relative to the assessments for the Mill Road Sidewalk Improvement, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved fox adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative <br />vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. <br />76-150 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-135 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted <br />to provide for the installation of stop signs at the "T" intersection of Cedarwood <br />Drive and Brendan Lane. <br />Ordinance No. 76-151 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance making additional appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1976. <br />Ordinance No. 76-153 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting an easement for store drainage facilities on Broxbourne <br />Road from Anthony F. and Beverly A. Russo and Anthony M. and Isabel E. Russo. <br />Ordinance No. 76-154 introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of North Olmsted to enter into an agreesasnt for <br />computer services with the Regional Tax Agency. <br />Resolution No. 76-155 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution approving the construction of an electric transmission line in the City <br />of North Olmsted and repealing Res. No. 69-160. <br />Ordinance No. 76-156 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance transferring appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1976. <br />President Lampert referred same into Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 76-157 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. An Ordinance establishing <br />the organization and composition of the Police Department: salaries and various <br />benefits for the members of the Police Department: various rules, regulations <br />and employee rights and repealing Ordinance No. 76-126 enacted August 17, 1976, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky stated this is an amendment to a most recent <br />ordinance. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate <br />readings, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Besaty, Boehmer, Saringer, <br /> <br />
