Council Minutes of 11-3-76 -5-. <br />Sharpe, Weat, Wilamosky. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamoaky. Motion carried. <br />Ord. No. 76-157 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-158 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North <br />OLnsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Opted, <br />by changing the premises hereinafter described from Mixed Use District, General <br />Retail Business District and Lieai.ted I~ustry District to B Residence District. <br />President Lampert referred same into B.Z.&D. Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 76-159 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance providing for the ame t of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, <br />which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing <br />the premises hereinafter described from C Single Re;aidence District to Multiple <br />Residence District. Mrs. Sharpe stated this has been in Committee. <br />Resolution No. 76-160 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Inwood Builders Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. Presidesnt Lampert referred same into B.Z.&D.Committee. <br />Resolution No. 76-161 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Law to approves a journal entry to enable the "interim" distribution <br />of local government funds, and declaring an esmergeacy. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Baehmer, <br />Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wila~aky. Motion carried. Res. No. 76-161 adopted. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mrs. Saringer asked Mr. Wilamosky if legislation has been requested with respect <br />to the drainage problem on Bristol Lane. Mr. Wilamosky explained Finance Committee <br />has reviewed same and legislation has been requested. <br />Mrs. Saringer asked Mayor Christman if he has received any word in regard to the <br />Community Development Block Grant with respect to culvert repair. Mayor Christman <br />stated we have two proposals from the County - one for the $1300. fQr the settlers <br />plank cabin. That agreement had a question about a location and this has been <br />worked out. Also, we have the agreement for the Claque Road culvert from the County <br />and have the necessary papers worked up for that and has been sent down to them; so <br />would hope if we get all of the right of way problems worked out, to start construction <br />on that early in the year. <br />Mr. Beaty asked that the Transportation Committee see the specifications on the <br />two cars for the bus line before they are advertised. Mr. Caster agreed. <br />Mr. Wilamosky discussed with Mayor Christman the communication from Mr. Wayne Kuhn <br />to the Mayor wherein Mr. Kuhn gave some projections on increases for the Sewage <br />Treatment Plant and also gave sons insight as to the financial area of the Rec <br />Complex. Mr. Wilamosky refexred to statement of figures attached to the letter <br />and asked who provided Mr. Kuhn with the figure, i.e., wages, operations cost, <br />fringe benefits, etc. The Mayor stated the City provided the figures - this was <br />done by the actual use up to June 30th and then he projected the expenditures for <br />1976 by doubling that actual expenditure. The budget for 1977 - 1978 are estimated <br />costs that the Environmental Control Committee looked over. Mr. Wilamosky said <br />there are a number of questions and under Alew Busiadss will scheedule a meeting date. <br /> <br />
