Negative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. 2 Yeas - <br />5 Nays - Motion defeated. Ord. No. 75-218 defeated. <br />Mr. Wilamosky commented on some of the statements made regarding the Comprehensive <br />Plan and is surprised a lot of these thoughts by some m~ers of the B.Z.& D. <br />Committee are coming about now - points that should have been discussed in <br />Committee before presenting Ehe legislation to Council and he encourages this <br />Committee to review, as Mrs. Sharpe indicated, sow of the points within the <br />plan and expedite same and bring them back before Council. <br />Ordinance No. 76-118 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting for dedication Cedarwood Lane, Ashton Circle and Linden <br />Circle in the Brendan Woods Subdivision located in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, <br />Boehmer, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. <br />76-118 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-119 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the J. W. Stemitz Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded bq Mr. <br />Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmar, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West, <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 76-123 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-124 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of North Olmsted to enter into agreamenats <br />with the State of Ohio Department of Transportation for the granting of temporary <br />right-of-way easements. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by isr. Beaty. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. <br />Motion carried. Ord. No. 76-124 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-127 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance to approve, adopt and enact Chapter 513 of the General Offenses Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances to repeal ordinances in conflict therewith and to <br />publish the enactment of new matter, and declaring an emergency.
