~ Council Minutes of 9-21-76 _6_ <br />Resolution No. 76-130 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was givea its second reading. <br />A Revolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for 2,000 tons of cinders and authorising the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Resolution No. 76-131 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for a new automobile to be used by the Bnginearing Department. <br />Ordinance No. 76-134 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing procedure for the disposition of property in the custody <br />of the Police Department which been lost, abandoned, misplaced, stolen, <br />lawfully seized, or forfeited. <br />Ordinance No. 76-136 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting as easen~nt for the installation and maintenance of a water <br />main for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to the <br />City Line Estates Subdivision from the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate <br />in connection with Ordinance No. 76-137, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative <br />vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 76-137 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. An Ordinance authorizing <br />the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the gurpose of <br />providing additional funds to improve the recreational facilities of the City <br />by constructing a building housing an ice skating rink, swimming pool, tennis <br />courts and appurtenant facilities, constructing a toboggan slide, and developing <br />and improving the site therefor, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved <br />for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wflamosky. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, <br />Boehmer, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. <br />76-137 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-138 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to purchase real property from Mr. and Mrs. <br />Raymond Lee to be used as a walkway and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved <br />for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. <br />Wilamosky. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West, <br />Wilamosky. Mr. West moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Affirmative <br />vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />Ord. Na. 76-138 adopted. <br />Resoluti*~nNo. 76-139 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise far bids <br />for the purchase of five new police cars. <br />Ordinance No. 76-140 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and givea its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending the Traffic Contml Map and File of the City of North Olmsted <br />to provide for the installation of stop signs at the "T" intersection of Winton <br />Park Drive and Lampert Lane.
