Council Minutes of 9-7-76 -3- <br />Committee has no objection ar~d will regvast suspet~.on of rule requiring three <br />segarate readings toni~t; <br />6) Ord. No. 7b-118 on second reading.tonight which is the dedication of Cedarwood <br />Lane, Ashton Circle and Li~aden Circle in the_Hrendsa.Woods Subdivision and <br />Committee approves same; <br />7) Committee discussed the Nutron Name Plate Building addition and parking and <br />has no objections. <br />Mr. Beaty moved for approval of the l~utron Have Plate Building addition gad <br />parking, seconded by Mr. Goggin. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Goggin, <br />Beringer, West, Wilamosky. ?btion carried. <br />8) Committee discussed the parking and layout of the Union Savings b Loan Assn. <br />Branch located near the May Go, cm Cosattry Club Blvd. and Committee has no objection. <br />Mr. Beaty moved for approval of the parking and layout of Union Savings & Loan <br />Assn. Branch pending final approval from the Engineering Depart ant, seconded by <br />Mr. Coggin. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Beringer, West, iHlamosky. <br />Motion carried. <br />9) Committee discussed the Lorain Trivet Sales & Service Improvement Site Plaa <br />at 24909 Lorain Rid. - a change in parking a~ad access drive location and Committee <br />has no objection. <br />Mr. Beaty moved for approval of the Lorain Trinket Sales & Service Improveaent <br />Plan, seconded by Mr. Coggin. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehner, Coggin, Beringer, <br />West, Wilamoaky. Motion carried. <br />10) Committee discussed the Helen Brown Subdivision parking and layout, Committee <br />has turned this over to the Safety Directox to make a study and recomaendatimn on <br />the traffic pattern in this particular area. Committee is not making approval at <br />this time; <br />11) Committee met with Mr. Len Derin of Len Derin Dodge regarding the drainage <br />improvements with respect to the proposed drainage ditch. Plans are acceptable <br />to the Engineering Dept. and Committee approves sage. Legislation on rezoning <br />of thin parcel is on third reading tonight and Committee approves rezoning request; <br />12) Committee met with Mayor Christman, Mr. 8ngoglia and representatives of Sherwin <br />Williams Co. Sherwin Williams is interested in acquiring property to the west of <br />them owned by Mr. Engoglia. A zoning change or special permit on enpansion of <br />non-conforming use was discussed. No decision was xeached at this meeting. <br />Committee is to meet with the respective parties in the near future after the <br />Law Director and Mayor have had an opportunity to discuss legalities with respect <br />to the property as it pertains to aoaing and use. <br />Mr. West, Chairman Environmental Control Committee, reported Committee met with <br />Division 12 State Higlmray Department and regresentatives of Olmsted Woods end <br />Bretton Ridge with regard to the I-480 Environmental Impact Statement and went <br />,~ thru in detail the aspects of it as it concerns North Olmsted - gertit items <br />were the noise level at three locations, the trees and other aesthetics; walkways <br />aver the highway; lighting; drainage and construction procedures and tla~ access <br />during construction. Have developed a letter which all of Council has had an <br />opportunity to read and #t covers these items. <br />
