Council Minutes of 5-4-76 -4- <br />Mrs. Geese Szabo, 3O$37 Bradley Rd., addressed Council with respect to providing <br />restroam facilites at Park asst to her property ~ explained therefor. <br />Mr. West discussed same and will check further.with ltecreatcn Coa~ission. <br />President Pro Teat Sariager requested Mr. Walt to check into possibility of <br />establishing a system for playing tennis at Clague Park; or avert a sign asking <br />players to limit their rise to ~- hour so that ears p+aople ~t an opportunity <br />to play and the court is not monopolised. Affirsativa vats: Beaty, Boehssr, Loggia, Sharpe, Truest, Wilaswsky. <br />Negative vote: Sariager. 6 Yeas - 1 Nay -Motion carried. Ord. No. 76-35 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-37 introduced by Mr. Boehs~er was given its third r~.~ding. <br />An Ordinance establishing s new Chapter 1713 entitled "Fire Rydrants -Public and <br />Private" of the Codified 4tdiaances of the City of North Olastad. Mr. Boelssar <br />moved for adoption, seconded by l~r. Coggin. Affirsative vote: Beaty, Boehser, <br />Loggia, Sariager, Sherpa, nest, Wilasarky. Marian carried. Ord. No. 76-37 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-38 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizietg the issuance of $34,300. Renewal Notes in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bode for the purpose of acquiring certain real estate atut <br />the building thereon on Do~nei Caster Boad as a site for t~ expansion of the <br />City Building Co'plex. Mts. Sherpa coved for adoption, seconded by Mr. mast. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, r, Coggin, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wila~tosky. <br />Mahon carried. Ord. No. 76-3lS adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-25 introduced by`Mr. Coggin was given its second reading as <br />amended.
