Council Minutes of S-4-76 _5_ <br />Ordinance No. 7b-40 was iatrc-duced bq Mr. Iiky and, ~.va~a its first reading. <br />An Ordinance transferring appropriations and asking additional appropxi~.~xs <br />for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Ol tlhio <br />for the year ending Dece~er 31, 1976. <br />Tcesolution No. 76-41 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. A Resolution supporting <br />the proposal that the Board of County Cosnissionsrs of Cuyahoga County Ohio <br />be designated as an Area Agency on Aging for Cu~rshoga, Lake, Lorain, Ceauga <br />and Median Co~tias. Mr. Haar awwd for auapeneion of rule rsQuir4g three <br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Goggln. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Doehser, <br />Goggin, Saringer, Sharpe, test, Wilatpa3~y. Mr. Sos~rer moved for adoption, <br />seconded by 1~. Goggin. Affismi-tive vote: Beaty, Boehseer, Goggl.n, Saringer, <br />Sharpe, West, Wilaaosky. Ma-tion carried. Bes. No. 76-41 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-42 was introduced by Mr. Boetmer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for liability insurance covering a,rAp2ngets of the Police Force of the City of <br />North plmsted for false arrest i~eeaursace. President Pro Tem Beringer referred <br />same into Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 76-43 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />one fire engine pumper and one asgrulance squad vehicle to be used by the Fire <br />Department of the City of North Olmsted. President Pro Ttm Sariagsr referred <br />same into Finance Co~aittee. <br />Ordinance No. 1b-44 was introduced by Mr. Beaty and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus buses owned by the City of North Olmsted <br />and previously used by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />Ordinance No. 76-45 was introduced by Mr. Beaty and gives its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned by the City <br />of North Olmmted and previously used by the Department of Public Services. <br />Resolution No. 76-46 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the dedication of permanent <br />parcel No. 234-13-8 for roadway purposes in the City of North 01~ted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-47 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky sad given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance prohibiting the moving of buildings on existing lots within the <br />City of North Olmsted where certain standards for building size a±A:d building <br />lot size are not met, and declaring an emergency. President Pra rem Beringer <br />referred same into the B. Z. ~ D. Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 76-48 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of Forth Olmsted to eater into an <br />agreement with the State of Ohio Department of Transportation for participation <br />in federal funds for the re-location of City owned utilities in the path of <br />Interstate 480 located within the City of North Olmsted. President Pro Tem Saringer <br />referred same into Streets !~ Drainage Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 76-49 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 1321.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, entitled "Electrical License and Fees". President Pro Tem Saringer <br />referred same into Finance Committee. <br />., <br />
