Council Minutes of 5-4-76 <br />-6- <br />Ordinance No. 76-50 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 1321.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olssted, entitled "G~ersl Building Fees: Contractor Registration". <br />Fresident Pro Tam Springer referred ease into Finance Committee. <br />Resolution No. 76-51 was introduced by 1#s. Sariager and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorising the Director of Public Services to advertise for bids for <br />the installation of 860 lineal Beet of 12" concrete storm steer pipe oa the south <br />side of Mill Road between Porter Road Dover Road in the City o€ North Olssted. <br />Resolution 1~. 76-52 was introduced by Mrs. Sarin$er and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Services to sdvertiss tar bids <br />for the removal of trees fros the City right-of-way on the south-side of bill <br />Road betireea Porter Road and Dover Road in the City of North Olsated. <br />Mr. West moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in <br />connection with Ord. No. 76-53, secoad~ed by Mr. Wilasosky. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehser, Goggin, Sari~er, Sharps, West, Wilasoakq. Motion carried. <br />Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ord. No. 76-53 was furnished. <br />Ordinance No. 76-53 was introduced by Mrs. Beringer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuasue of notes in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds for the purpose of providing finds for the isprove~rrant of Mill Road by <br />constructing a storm sewer and remwving trees for the construction of a sidewalk. <br />Mr. Wilaaasky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in <br />connection with Ordinance No. 76-54, sscoeded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Goggin, Beringer, Sharps, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ord. No. 76-54 was furnished. <br />Ordinance No. 76-54 was introduced by Mrs. Beringer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issue~.we of $186,000 Renewal Notes in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds for the pu:~ose of paying the cost of acquiring real <br />estate and interests therein as a site for the City's Hospital. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mr. Wilaaosky stated in 1975 that was extensive discussion regarding possible <br />violations of the Codified Ordinancsa and Zoning Code and referred to area along <br />Lorain Rd. known as Martynarski or Martyr's Towing. He has recr'~rad co~eplaints <br />that '-. Martyaiowski is using the parcel for commercial purposes beyond the 300 ft. <br />which is currently zoned far commercial. Mr. Wilaawaky discuss~~:: at length what <br />he has observed from visiting the area; also the fact that the Police Department <br />has many automobiles mounded in this azea. Requested the safety Committee to <br />check into this matter and stated reasons therefor. Mr. Wilaabsky also requested <br />ttie B. Z. & D. Committee take this matter under consideration and to come to some <br />determination whetter or not there is a violation. Consideralae discussion ensued. <br />President Pro Tam 5aringer referred matter into Safety Committee, B. Z. & D. <br />Committee sad Bnvironaeatal Control Committee for study. <br />President Pro Tem Beringer stated she understands surveying a site at Claque Park <br />and installing property line stakes in order for the brush to be cut is in the <br />8nginesring Department. Mr. Childs explained the work load the survey crew has <br />and estimated within the next ten days. <br />
