Council Minutes of 4-20-76 -7- <br />Resolution No. 76-30 introduced by Mr. Wilamcsky was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to ad~rtise for bids for <br />gasoline, and authorizing the Neyor to contract for same. Mr. Wilaaosky moved for <br />adoption, seconded by Nrs. Sharpee. Affirs~ative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Goggin, <br />Beringer, Sharpe, Wilawosky. Notion carried. Res. Uio. 76-~ adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-31 introduced by Nr. t3asiosky was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director +sf.Pgblic Service to advertise for bids <br />for diesel fuel and motor oil. Int. Hilaic-dty moved for adoption, seconded by <br />Nrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Besty, fir, Goggin, Saringer, Sharpe, <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 76-31 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-32 introduced by Mr. Wilawosky was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />far 50 tons of chloriae for use by the ffiervice Department. Nr. Wilaaosky waved <br />for adoption, seconded by Nrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boet~er, Coggin, <br />Saringer, Sharpe, Wilaawsky. Motion carried. Res. No. 76-32 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-33 introduced by Nrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording {wrposes only the Patton-Ualessandro <br />Subdivision in the City of North Ousted. Nrs. Sharpe waved for adoption, <br />secor~ed by Mr. Beaty. Affiriati~re vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Saringer, <br />Sharpe, Wilamos&y. Motion carried. Ras. No. 76-33 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-35 introduced by Nr. Coggin was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids <br />for the installation of a fenee on the Recreation Center Property in the City <br />of North Olmsted. Mr. Coggin moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehwer, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion <br />carried. Res. Nv. 76-35 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 75-230 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution requesting the Director of 8igha+tys of the State of Ohio to <br />determine and declare the reaso+~uable and safeFpriwa facie speed limit on Walter <br />Road, a through highway, from Lorain Road north to the Westlake City Limits, <br />at 25 Hiles per hour. <br />Ordinance No. 76-36 introduced by Nr. West was givem its second reading. <br />An Ordinance authorising the paynasnt of $500.00 to Rurt Richards for a moral <br />claim involving the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-37 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing a nee Chapter 1715 entitled "Fire Hydrants"' - public <br />and private" of the Codified Ordinances of the Citq of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-38 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $34,300 renewal notes in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds far the purpose of acquiring certain real estate and <br />the building thereon oa Dover Center Road as a site fox the expansion of the <br />City Building Complex. <br />~' Resolution No. 76-39 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizi~tg the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />one hydraulic high pressure sewer cleaner for use by the Service Departs~,:nt. <br /> <br />
