A Resolution requesting <br />the Cleveland Regional Sewer ,strict to take whatever steps are necessary to <br />exgand its statutory purpose ux-der Ohio Revised Code Section 6119.01 to include <br />the supply of water to users within and without the District and to undertake <br />negotiations to assuae the rospc>nsbility of operating and managing the <br />Regional Water System of the City of Cleveland, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mrs. Beringer moved far suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mr. West.
