Council Minutes of 3-2-76 -7- <br />Ordinance No. 76-19 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was gtvea•its third reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing the aetbod by which fees for this use of the fuilities <br />of the Recreation Center are to be filed, and repealing Ordin~ce No. 75-222 <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. <br />West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehaer, Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West, <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 76-19 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 7b-20 introduced by Mz. Boehmer was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance Baiting the duties oi` the Director of Law of the City of North <br />Oler~sd, and declaring an eaa~gency. President Liapert referred Res. No. 76-23 into Finance Ccraaittee. <br />Ordinance No. 76-24 was introduced by Mr. Beaty and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance suthoriaing the Mayor of tl~-te City of North Olmsted to enter into <br />an agreeas~at with the Ohio Depaztaent of Transportation for up-grading of <br />traffic control signs and dee~rices, and declaring an emergency. President Lampert <br />referred Ord. No. 76-24 into Finance Coamittee. <br />Resolution No. 76-25 was introduced by Mrs. Saringez. A Resolution requesting <br />the Cleveland Regional Sewer ,strict to take whatever steps are necessary to <br />exgand its statutory purpose ux-der Ohio Revised Code Section 6119.01 to include <br />the supply of water to users within and without the District and to undertake <br />negotiations to assuae the rospc>nsbility of operating and managing the <br />Regional Water System of the City of Cleveland, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mrs. Beringer moved far suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mr. West. Affirsative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Beringer, Sharpe, <br />West, Wila~oosky. Mrs. Basinger coved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmor, Coggin, Basinger, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. <br />Motion carried. Res. No. 76-25 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-26 was introduced by Mr. Coggin and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing the complement of the Recreation Center, affixing <br />the compensation to be paid the asmbers of the staff thereof, and establishing <br />a schedule of benefits for fulltiae employees, repealing Ordinances No. 75-223 <br />and 75-251. <br />Ordinance No. 76-27 was introduced by Mr. Wilaaosky. An Ordinance to make <br />appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1976.
