Levetle <br />to the Board of Building Code Appeals for term expiring 12/31/80 and rscomasnds <br />approval. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved for approval of appointment of Mr. Janes F. Lavelle to the <br />Board of Building Code Appeals for term expiring 12/31/80, seconded by Mr. Goggin. <br />Affirmative vote: Boshser, C,og.n, Saxi~er, Sharpe, fleet, Wilasoaky. Negative <br />vote: Beaty. 6 Ysas - 1 Nay - Nation carried. <br />2) appointment of Mr. Jac-Yen-Nee to the Planning Commission for term expiring <br />12/31/80 and reco~emends approval. <br />Mr. Boehmer saved for approval of appointment of Mr. Jac-Yen-Nee to the Planning <br />Commission-for term expiring 12/31/80, seconded by Mr. Goggin. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Goggin, Beringer, Sharpe, hest, Wiias~osky. Motion carried. <br />3) appointment of Mrs. Betty i~ittlesey for reappointment to the Advisory Board <br />of Departsent of Human Resources for term expiring 12/31/80 and rdcassends approval. <br />Mr. Boshmer moved far approval of reappointment of Mrs. Betty Whittlesey to <br />Advisory Board of Department of Human &aaoarces for team expiring 12/31/80, <br />seconded by Mr. Goggin. Affrmmtive vote: Beaty, Boshser, Gerggin,.Saringer, <br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Lotion carried. <br />4) Committee also requested legislation in support of H.J.R. 80 which State <br />Representative Rocco J. Co1~a is sponsoring relative to property tax structure <br />of State of Ohio. In Committee's opinion the homeowner will receive a justified <br />
