Lavelle to the Board of Building Code Appeals for term expiring 12/31/80, seconded by Mr. Goggin. Affirmative vote: Boshser, C,og.n, Saxi~er, Sharpe, fleet, Wilasoaky. Negative vote: Beaty. 6 Ysas - 1 Nay - Nation carried. 2) appointment of Mr. Jac-Yen-Nee to the Planning Commission for term expiring 12/31/80 and reco~emends approval. Mr. Boehmer saved for approval of appointment of Mr. Jac-Yen-Nee to the Planning Commission-for term expiring 12/31/80, seconded by Mr. Goggin.
