Council Minutes of 1-20-76 -5- <br />Ordinance No. 75-260 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance adopting rules for notification of meeting to the public and <br />news media, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for adoption, seconded <br />by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boet~mer, Go$gin, Beringer, Sharpe, <br />West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 75-260 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-2 introduced by Mr. West yes gives its second reading. An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the deposit of <br />public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for <br />the active and inactive accounts of the City. <br />Ordinance No. 76-4 introduced by Mr. Coggin was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance accepting for dedication the Blossom Dover Subdivision No. 2, which <br />includes Dogwood Trail and Li~-ood Circle, in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-5 introduced by Mr. Coggin was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance accepting for dedication the $DC Subdivision, which includes Dorothy <br />Drive, Midvale Avenue and Northern Avenue, in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 76-6 introduced by Mx. GoNgin was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance accepting for dedication the Chrysler Subdivision, which includes <br />Wallet Circle and Wallet Road, in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved a Fiscal Officer's Certificate be furnished in connection <br />with Ordinance No. T6-9, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, <br />Coggin, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Fiscal Officer's <br />Certificate was furnished. <br />Ordinance No. 76-9 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $210,000 renewal cotes in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of paying part of the cost of construct ng <br />a Police Administration Building and clearing, landscaping and otherwise improving <br />the site thereof. <br />Ordiance No. 76-10 wan introduced by Mr. Beaty and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing cospensation to be paid to the bus drivers of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and repealing Ordinance No. 75-237 enacted <br />November 18, 1975, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 76-11 wss introduced by Mr. Beaty and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing coapeasation to be paid to the maintenance employees of <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, repealing Ordinance No. 75-236 enacted <br />November 18, 1975, and declaring an emergency. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mr. West stated he would like to resign from the Landmarks Commission; and <br />Mr. West moved that Mrs. Saringer be appointed to the Landmarks Commission. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Beaty. <br />President Pro Tem Saringer moved to nominate Mr. Beaty to serve on La~marks <br />Cosasissioa.
