<br />Relations & Legislation Coarnittee, scheduled a Safety, Health b.~e,lfare Cotttee
<br />meeting and a Legislative Committee meeting on Nove~er 22, 1977, 8:15 P.M., City
<br />Hall, and requested the Safety Director and Service Director to be in attendance.
<br />Mrs. Sharpe, Chairman Building, Zoning & Development Com~oaittee, scheduled a
<br />B. Z. & D. Committee meeting on November 30, 1977, 7:30 P.M., City Hall.
<br />President Lampert stated that Ord. No. 77-174 has been removed from Agenda;
<br />and Ord. No. 77-180 has been added to Agenda for second reading; also Ord. No.
<br />77-190 has been added to Agenda for first reading.
<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Resolution No. 77-84 introduced by Mr. Fairfield was given its third reading.
<br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Timber Trail Subdivision
<br />in the City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr.
<br />Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
<br />Motion carried. Res. No. 77-84 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 77-175 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading.
<br />A Resolution authorizing the filing of a petition in the Court of Coffin Pleas
<br />of Cuyahoga County for the organisation of a Regional Water District pursuant
<br />to Chapter 6119, Ohio Revised Cede, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of
<br />Law of this City to sign such petition on behalf of the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Mr. Boehmer moved fox adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty,
<br />Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 77-175
<br />adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 77-176 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading.
<br />A Resolution declaring the necessity of repairing a sidewalk in the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio and requiring the abutting property owner at 25870 Kennedy
<br />Ridge Road, permanent parcel No. 236-10-30, to repair the same. Mrs. Saringer
<br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer,
<br />Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 77-176 adopted.
<br />Resolutim No. 77-178 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading.
<br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the K.C.B. Company Subdivision
<br />in the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Ordinance No. 77-180 introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading. An
<br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cleveland
<br />Electric Illuminating Company for the furnishing of street lighting and other
<br />electrical-services for the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency.
<br />Resolution No. 77-181 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading.
<br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the P. J. & J. J. Haas Sub-
<br />division in the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Resolution No. 77-182 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its secand reading.
