No. 77-152 on second reading tonight - the dedication of Country Club Blvd. <br />Committee has no objections; <br />5) Ord. No. Z7-153 on second reading tonight - accepting sn eaasese:-t from Shore <br />West Construction Co. for storm sewers in the vicinity of Walter F,d. and Lessner Rd. <br />Committee has no objections; <br />6) Ord. No. 77-154 on second reading tonight - accepting an easement from Elmer S. <br />Ka.dar for storm sewers in the vicinity of Walter Rd. and Gesaner Rd. Commmittee has <br />no objections; <br />7) Ord. No. 77-155 on second reading tonight - accepting an easement from Elmer S. <br />Kadar for storm sewers in the vicinity of Walter Rd. end Lessner Rd. Committee has <br />no objections; <br />8) Committee had a request that Wast Ranchview be renamed: Mayor Christman ascertained <br />that this only pertains to the new section: <br />Mrs. Sharpe moved that West Ranchview be renamed Timber Cove Lens, seconded by Mr. <br />West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Bo+rhmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />9) Committee met with Mr. Fred suer, developer of Carlton Place at Mastick and <br />Clague Rds. This particular dei-elopment had been discussed prior in committee along <br />with the residents of Mastick ~ Clague Rds. Mrs. Sharpe requested Mr. Bauer to <br />appear before the B.Z.D. Committee on September 19th along with residents of Mastick <br />& Clague Rds. to iron our a fear problems and requests. 1~'r. Bauer agreed to appear <br />before Coasnittee on September 19th. <br />10) On September 19th Committee discussed the Austraw Subdivision for recording <br />purposes only and Res. No. 77-163 is on first reading tonight. Committee has no <br />objections. Mrs. Sharpe will be requesting suspension of rule requiring three <br />separate readings on this legislation tonight; <br />11) Committee received correspondence from the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding <br />three special permits: <br />a) Dale Steadman, 23377 Marion Rd. - request for variance of 1'8" for sideline <br />variance for fireplace, also request to add to non-conforming building. Committee <br />has no objections: <br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve special permit granted to Mr. Dale Steadman, <br />seconded by Mr. Fairfield. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Pairfield, Saringer, <br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />b) David W. Hoelter, 4985 Porter Rd. - request to add to nan-conforming building - <br />special permission required. Committee has no objections: <br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the special permit granted to Mr. David W. Hoelter, <br />seconded by Mr. Fairfield. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, <br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />c) Mr. James F. kennedy, Jr., 6110 Burns Rd. - request to add fireplace to non- <br />conforming dwelling - special permit needed; also request for additional 2' side <br />yard variance. Committee has no objections: <br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the special permit granted to Mr. James F. <br />Itennedy, Jr., seconded by Mr. Fairfield.
