Mrs. Saringex stated regarding the noise ordinance, was anticipating taking it out of Committee tonight but in light of mat halt hap-paned Will cosg-are the two pieces of legislation: wants to make sure that w do have sos~athing that is really comprehensive and that is as good as the one that is in committee already. People addressing Council: Mr. Scott Mitchell, 5051 Devon Drive, addressed Council regarding trees affecting the cost of a house. LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 77-136 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its third reading, An Ordinance approving the extension of the Public Transportation Agresmnt which the City of North Olmsted previously entered into with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transportation Authority. Mr. Beaty moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West.
