No. 77-149 tonight. <br />Mrs. Saringex stated regarding the noise ordinance, was anticipating taking it out <br />of Committee tonight but in light of mat halt hap-paned Will cosg-are the two pieces <br />of legislation: wants to make sure that w do have sos~athing that is really <br />comprehensive and that is as good as the one that is in committee already. <br />People addressing Council: <br />Mr. Scott Mitchell, 5051 Devon Drive, addressed Council regarding trees affecting <br />the cost of a house. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 77-136 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its third reading, <br />An Ordinance approving the extension of the Public Transportation Agresmnt which <br />the City of North Olmsted previously entered into with the Greater Cleveland <br />Regional Transportation Authority. Mr. Beaty moved for adoption, seconded by <br />Mr. West.
