LEGISLATION: Clerk informed Council that Mr. West has brought to the C1erk's attention Bnle 45 (A) of Rules of Council, which reds in part: "Any committee to which an ordinance or resolution has been referred by the presiding officer under Rule 43 without specific motion to caom-it may be relieves of further ccrosidaration of such legislation by a motion duly made, seconded and adopted by atwo-thirds vote of all members elected to Cotaicil." The vote result on the motion to take Ord. No. 77-126 out of committee was 4 affirmative - 2 negative.. Therefore that motion was defeated. The motion to include Ord. No. 7?-126 a';:. agenda is aut.of order. Ordinance No. 77-127 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reeding. An Ordinance amending the Zoning Coda of the City of North Olmsted by adopting a revised Chapter 1157, entitled "Lot Area Rsquirem~ents is Resid+rn-ce Districts" and repealing Chapter 1157 as previously adopted, as amended. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boaharer. Affirmative vote: Boahmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-127 adopted. Ordinance No. 77-128 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending Section 1151.04 entitled "Acre:eery IIses in any Residence District" of Chapter 1151 entitled "Use Restrictions" of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Sharpe mcwad for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boelmrer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-128 adapted. Ordinance No. 77-129 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. ~ Ordinance amending Section 1133.14 ~-titlad "Finality of Board Order" of Chapter 1133 entitled "Beard of Zc~airtg ApFa~rtis" of the Zoning Code of the City of Borth Olmsted. Mrs. Sherpa moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilam~osky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-129 adapted. Ordinance No. 77-93 introduced by Mr. Wilamoslry was given its second reading as amended. An Orditr~ce authorising tare issuance of notes in anticipation of the of issuance of bands for the purpose of providing funds for the ia~rovamant of Mill Road by constructing a stoma sewer and roving trees for the ccsratructon of a sidewalk, and declaring an amergcy, as amended.
