An Ordin~ce approving the estsnaian of the Public Transportation Agreement which the City of North Olmsted previously entered unto with the Granter Cleveland Regional Traaaportstion Authority. Resolution No. 77-138 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids to repair the roof of the North Olmsted Mamicpal Bus Garage and declaring an urgency. Mr. Baehmer moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. t3est. Affr~stive vote: Boehnaer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mr. Boshmer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Boeh~r, Fairfield, 3aringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Rea. No. 77-138 adopted. Ordinance No. 77-141 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An Ordinance ratifying and confirming the expenditure of $2,056.30 for emergency repairs for a Wastewater Treatment Lugger Truck and declaring as emerg~cy. Ordinance No. 77-143 was introduced by Mr. Wiiamosky and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal progerty awned by the City of North Olmsted and previously used by the Department of Public Services. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of cinders and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. Resolution No. 77-145 was introduced by Mr. Wila~aky and given its first reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 3,500 tons of salt and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky awed the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Gertificate in connection with Ord. No. 77-146, seconded by Mr. Bc-ehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Nation carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 77-14b was introduced by Mr. Wila~sky and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of pravidin$ funds to purchase two ambulances and afire pumper for the Division of Fire of the Department of Fublic Safety, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 77-147 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. A Resolution approving an alternative method of apportioning the undivided local Government Fund of Cuyahoga County for the calendar year 1978 and thereafter, sad declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-148 was introduced by Mr. Fairfield and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing the method by which fees far the use of the facilities of the Recreation Center are to be fixed, and repealing Ord. Na. 7b-19, and declaring an emergency.
