Council Minutes of 9-6-':' <br />-9- <br />Ordinance No. 77-149 was intr~=;:uced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooparatiom Agrsesweat with <br />the Cuyahoga County Board of Commiasioaasre for the utiliaatitni of fuels made <br />available bq the Housing and Cossmmity Development Act of 1974, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 77-150 was introduced by dirs. Saringer. An Ordinance a~athoriaing <br />and directing the Mayor to meter into as agreement with the City of llestlalce for <br />the construction and installation of a storey drainage culvert on the east side of <br />Clague Road, and declaring am emergency. Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of <br />rule requiring three separate readi~a,ge: reason - because of time elemeent would <br />like to get this done before bad weather. Motion seconded by Mr. West. llffirmative <br />vote: Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilaeaosky. Mrs. Beringer moved <br />for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. President Lampert referred same <br />into B.Z.bD. Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 77-152 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting for dedication Country Club Boulevard, approximately 2210 <br />feet, located in the City of North Olmsted. President Lampert referred ease into <br />B.Z.&D. Committee. Mr. Fairfield verified with l~fr. Childs that this legislation <br />does not deal with any of the part of Gauntry Club Bivd. that does mot meet City <br />specs: Mr. Childs stated it is just the sew section and described ease. <br />Ordinance No. 77-153 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting an e~ememt from Shore West Construction Company for storm <br />sewers in the vicinity of Walter Road end Geseaer Road located within the City <br />of North Olmsted. Committee. <br />Resolution No. 77-156 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Tallwood Estates Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted and repealing Ord. No. 76-164. President Lampert <br />referred same into B.Z.&D. Committee. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mrs. Saringer referred to tree planting and stated she hopes the people who have <br />been on the list for a long geriod of time would be given priority and those trees <br />replaced before the trees that have just recently been taken out. <br />Mrs. Saringer informed Service Director Caster so that he can be prepared that <br />at her Committee meeting for discussion she would like to see what we have in the <br /> <br />
