Council Minutes of 9-6-':' -9- Ordinance No. 77-149 was intr~=;:uced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooparatiom Agrsesweat with the Cuyahoga County Board of Commiasioaasre for the utiliaatitni of fuels made available bq the Housing and Cossmmity Development Act of 1974, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-150 was introduced by dirs. Saringer. An Ordinance a~athoriaing and directing the Mayor to meter into as agreement with the City of llestlalce for the construction and installation of a storey drainage culvert on the east side of Clague Road, and declaring am emergency. Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readi~a,ge: reason - because of time elemeent would like to get this done before bad weather. Motion seconded by Mr. West. llffirmative vote: Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilaeaosky. Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. An Ordinance accepting for dedication Great Northern Boulevard, approximately 1197 feet, located in the City of North Olmsted. President Lampert referred same into B.Z.bD. Committee. Ordinance No. 77-152 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance accepting for dedication Country Club Boulevard, approximately 2210 feet, located in the City of North Olmsted. President Lampert referred ease into B.Z.&D. Committee. Mr. Fairfield verified with l~fr. Childs that this legislation does not deal with any of the part of Gauntry Club Bivd. that does mot meet City specs: Mr. Childs stated it is just the sew section and described ease. An Ordinance accepting an e~ememt from Shore West Construction Company for storm sewers in the vicinity of Walter Road end Geseaer Road located within the City of North Olmsted. President Lampert referred same into B.Z.&D. Committee. Ordinance No. 77-154 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance accepting an easement from Fdmer S. Radar for storm sewers in the vicinity of Walter Road and Lessner Road located within the City of North Olmsted. President Lampert referred same into B.Z.&D. Committee. Ordinance No. 77-x.55 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance accepting as easement from Elmer S. Radar for storm set+ears in the vicinity of Walter-.Road and Lessner Road located within the City of North Olmsted. President Lampert referred same into B.Z.6~D. Committee. Resolution No. 77-156 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Tallwood Estates Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted and repealing Ord. No. 76-164. President Lampert referred same into B.Z.&D. Committee. Under Old Business: Mrs. Saringer referred to tree planting and stated she hopes the people who have been on the list for a long geriod of time would be given priority and those trees replaced before the trees that have just recently been taken out. Mrs. Saringer informed Service Director Caster so that he can be prepared that at her Committee meeting for discussion she would like to see what we have in the
