<br />Mrs. Sharpe, Chairman Building, Zoning & Dnrselopwaait Committee, reported B.Z.&D.
<br />Com~aittee met on May 18, 1977, and reviewed folltm/ing: 1) Proposed new parking
<br />layout for Mr. Jiffy, 27529 Lorain lid. The parking is more than adequate and
<br />Committee has no objections:
<br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the parking layout for Mr. Jiffy, 27529 Lorain Rd.,
<br />seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boel~er, Fairfield, Beringer,
<br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />2) Committee discussed the Timber Trail Subdivision and Ord. No. 77-84 is on second
<br />reading tonight;
<br />3) Committee discussed the Vienna Woods improvement plans and Committee has no
<br />objections.
<br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the improvsseat plans of Vienna Woods Subdivision
<br />located on Walter &i., seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boalseer,
<br />Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilsmoeky. Motion carried.
<br />4) received letter from Board of Zoning Appeals with respect to two special permits
<br />granted by that Board to Dan sad Doca-a Boltz, 23868 Elm &1., to add to non-conforming
<br />dwelling; and to Mr. Louis Strauss, 5627 Burgs Rd., to add to non-conforming
<br />dwelling. Committee has no objections:
<br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the special permit granted by the Board of Zoning
<br />Appeals to Dan and Donna Holtz, seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty,
<br />Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the special pexmit granted by the Board of Zoning
<br />Appeals to Mr. Louis Strauss, seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty,
<br />Boehmer, Fairfield, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamoaky. lotion carried.
<br />Mrs. Sharpe reported the second half of the B.Z.D. Committee meeting Cc~mittee met
<br />with Mr. Don Ledvina of the Board of Zoning Appeals and discussed ~en~dng sole of
<br />our existing ordinances regarding fences and special permits sad legislation will
<br />be forthcoming in the near future.
<br />5) scheduled a B. Z. & D. Committee meeting for June 15, 1977, 7:15 P.M., City Hall,
<br />specifically for the residents of Ranchview area and Canterbury Rd. area to die-cuss
<br />the Talwood subdivision problems and the barricade that the people on Renchview
<br />would like put up. Would like to have the residents at this meeting; also the
<br />Safety Dixector, Chief Taylor and Chief Bement; and requested Clerk of Council to
<br />notify same.
