The. company that the <br />Admir~istratio~Y has discussed this with is the George T. Beaten & Associates, and <br />on behalf of Finance Committee: <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to approve the agr nt with George T. Saxtan & Associates <br />to provide computer service for the billing of sewer charges and further to <br />proceed with necessary arrangements with the City of C1F~r~lald to obtain the vital <br />information that is necessary to move ahead with the bil3.ing. Motion seconded by <br />Mr. West. Affirmative voce: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />President Lampert, Mx. Wils.-nosky and Law Director Gateau discussed time limit <br />involved regarding advertising for bids to repair Fire Engine #4; the trading in <br />of a vehicle within 30 days after the new Fire Engine was received; Charter <br />requirements , et^:. <br />Mrs. Sharpe, Cha•'rnan Building, Zoning & Development Committee, reported Committee <br />met on April 27, 1977, and reviewed following: <br />1) Former Chef Genes Ae$taurant located at 2S98S Lorain Rd. which was purchased <br />by a Mr. Lavelle and i~ being renovated into a nP~•a restaurant and lounge to be <br />called the Blue Note. Committee discussed parking layout which is more than <br />sufficient, and landscaping, and Committee has no objections: <br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the parking layout and landscaping of €ormer <br />Chef Genes Restaurant, seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, <br />Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />2) Danny's Restaurant which will be east of the former Chef Genes, reviewed parking, <br />drives and landscaping and Committee has no objections: <br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council apprave the parking, drives and landscaping of Danny's <br />Restaurant, seconded t-y Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, <br />Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />3) discussed the old Great Northern Shopping Center: An 1800 ft. canopy is to <br />be built across all of the stores in the Center. Committee has no objections. <br /> <br />
