Ordinance No. 77-52 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for liability insuxance covering e~loyees of the police force of the City of North Olmsted for false arrest insurance. Mr. Boehmer moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Beringer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Sarinppar, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-52 adopted. Ordinance No. 77-54 introduced by Alr. Fairfield was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 351.11 entitled "Truck Parking in Residual and Business Districts" of Chapter 351 entitled "Parking Generally" of the Traffic Code of the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 77-59 introduced by Mr. Wilaa~osky was given its second aceading. A Resolution authorizing the Service Dirsctor to advertise for bids for 1000 tons of slag, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 77-60 introduced by Mr. Wilataosky was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for 5500 tone of asphalt, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 77-61 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe. was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for recording gurpvsms only the Pine Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 77-62 introduced by Mr. Fairfield was given its second reading. A REsolution authorising the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the construction of a cement block storage building in the Clague Park located in the City of North Olmsted. An Ordinance amending Section 12 of Ordinance No. 7S-19S entitled "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 74-166 entitled 'An Ordinance to provide for proper drainage of surface water within the City of North Olmsted', by providing for the further regulation and inspection of the installation of private storm water drainage systems", adopted by Council on September lb, 1975.
