Council Minutes of 4--19-77 -5- Ordinance No. 77-65 introducc~~. by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. An Ordinance establishing design standards for sidewalk curb ramps in all new subdivisions and streets being constructed or reconstructed in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 77-66 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 945.45 entitled "Rates, Charges and Deposits" of Chapter 945 entitled "Community Cabin" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ord. No. 77-67, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Weat, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Fairfield. S Yeas - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 77-67 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and gives its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $188,000 of bonds for the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring certain real estate and interests therein, which real estate was originally acquired as a site for a City Hospital, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ordinance No. 77-6$, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, West, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Fairfield. S Yeas - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 77-68 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $35,000 of bonds for the purpose of acquiring certain real estate and the building thereon on Dover Center Road as a site for the expansion of the City Building Complex, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ordinance No. 77-69, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 77-69 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of improving the recreational facilities of the City by constructing a building housing an ice skating rink, swimming pool, tennis courts and appurtenant facilities, constructing a toboggan elide, acquiring, developing and improving the site therefor, and providing furnishings and equipment for such recreation center and grounds, sud declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ordinance No. 77-70, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Weat, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 77-70 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. .-~~ An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds of the City of North Olmsted in anticipation of the collection of special assessments for the gurpose of paying the property owners' portion of the coat of replacing and repairing concrete sidewalks at sundry locations in the City, and declaring an emergency.
