Council Minutes of 4--19-77 <br />-5- <br />Ordinance No. 77-65 introducc~~. by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing design standards for sidewalk curb ramps in all new <br />subdivisions and streets being constructed or reconstructed in the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-66 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 945.45 entitled "Rates, Charges and Deposits" <br />of Chapter 945 entitled "Community Cabin" of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate <br />in connection with Ord. No. 77-67, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Weat, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Fairfield. S Yeas - <br />1 Nay - Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's <br />Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 77-67 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and gives its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $188,000 of bonds for the purpose of <br />paying the cost of acquiring certain real estate and interests therein, which <br />real estate was originally acquired as a site for a City Hospital, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in <br />connection with Ordinance No. 77-6$, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, West, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Fairfield. S Yeas - <br />1 Nay - Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's <br />Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 77-68 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $35,000 of bonds for the purpose of <br />acquiring certain real estate and the building thereon on Dover Center Road as <br />a site for the expansion of the City Building Complex, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in <br />connection with Ordinance No. 77-69, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Finance <br />Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 77-69 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance <br />of bonds for the purpose of improving the recreational facilities of the City by <br />constructing a building housing an ice skating rink, swimming pool, tennis courts <br />and appurtenant facilities, constructing a toboggan elide, acquiring, developing <br />and improving the site therefor, and providing furnishings and equipment for such <br />recreation center and grounds, sud declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in <br />connection with Ordinance No. 77-70, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Weat, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Finance <br />Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 77-70 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />.-~~ <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds of the City of North Olmsted in <br />anticipation of the collection of special assessments for the gurpose of paying <br />the property owners' portion of the coat of replacing and repairing concrete <br />sidewalks at sundry locations in the City, and declaring an emergency. <br />
