Council Minutes of 4-5-77 -10- <br />Resolution No. 77-59 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for I0fl0 tons <br />of slag, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 77-60 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids fox 5500 tons <br />of asphalt, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 77-61 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Pine Subdivision in the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 77-62 was introduced by Mr. Fairfield and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />the construction of a cement block storage building in the Claque Park located in <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 77-63 was introduced by Mr. Fairfield and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />the purchase of a one-half ton pick up truck to be used within the Recreation <br />Department of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-64 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 12 of Ord. No. 75-195 entitled "An ordinance <br />amending Ord. No. 74-166 entitled 'An ordinance to provide for proper drainage <br />of surface water within the City of North Olmsted', by providing for the further <br />regulation and inspection of the installation of private storm water drainage <br />systems' adopted by Council on Sept. 16, 1975. <br />Ordinance No. 77-65 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing design standards for sidewalk curb ramps in all new <br />subdivdsions and streets being constructed or reconstructed in the City. of North <br />Olmsted. Ord. No. 77-65 referred to Planning Commission. <br />Ordinance No. 77-66 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 945.05 entitled "Rates, Charges and Deposits" <br />of Chapter 945 entitled "Community Cabin" of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mr. Fairfield stated he has received inquiries on Willet Circle whether the trees <br />will be planted. Service Director Caster said the developer will put them in. <br />Mr. Fairfield stated the people in Willet Circle area would like streetlights: <br />there are secondary wires in stand-u~4 pedestals in the tree lawn - does not know <br />if this is part of the development. Mr. Caster said they are not inched normally <br />in a part of a development. Mr. Boehmer stated those are wires in the tree lawn <br />for streetlights in the future. Engineering Dept. to check this out. <br />President Pro Tem Saringer requested Mr. Boehmer to schedule a Legislation <br />Connnittee meeting with resgect to the affirmative action prograaa for cams~nity <br />development activity.
