Council Minutes of 4-5-77 <br />-9- <br />Ordinance No. 77-49 introduced by Mrs. Saringer_ was given its third reading. <br />An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Opted, Cuyahoga Comity, <br />Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement, under the super- <br />vision of the Director of Transportation. Mrs. Beringer proved for adoption, <br />seconded by Mr. Fairfield. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, <br />Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-49 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-50 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing the organis:atiottal. chart of the Fire Department for <br />the year of 1977 and thereafter, setting Earth the complement of the Fire Departp~nt <br />and establishing the salaries of the Viers of the Fire Department while on duty <br />for the City of North Olmsted and repealing Ord. No. 7b-182, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 77-52 introduced by Mr. Boehpier was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids <br />for liability insurance covering ep~rloyees of the Police Force of the City of <br />North Olmsted for false arrest insurance. <br />Ordinance No. 77-54 was introduced by Mr, Fairfield and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 351.11 entitled "Truck Parking in residential <br />and business districts" of Chapter 351 entitled "Parking Generally" of the <br />Traffic Code of the City of North Olmsted. President Pro Tem Beringer referred <br />same into Public Safety, Health & Wislfare Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 77-55 was introduced by Mr. Fairfield and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North <br />Olmsted to provide for the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection <br />of Dover Center Road and Limpert Lane. President Pro Tem Saringer referred same <br />into Transportation Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 77-56 was introduced by Mr. Fairfield and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of Atorth Olpzsted <br />to provide for the installation of stop signs at the "T" intersection of Berkshire <br />Drive and Alden Drive. President Pro Tem Saringer referred sap3e into Transportation <br />Committee. <br />Resolution No. 77-57 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Directox of Public Service to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and motor <br />oil. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boeh~r, Saringer, Sharpe, <br />Wilamosky. Negative vote: Fairfield. Mx. Wilamosky moved for adoptive, <br />seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehp~r, Fairfield, Saringer, <br />Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 77-57 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 77-58 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for gasoline, and authorizing <br />the Magor to contract for same. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vats: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Fairfield. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, <br />Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 77-58 <br />adopted. <br />
