<br />construction of relocated State Route 252 within the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Ordinance No. 77-44 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its secand reading.
<br />An Ordinance granting rights to the Ohio Pipe and Supply Compasty for the
<br />installation and maintenance of a natural gas transmission line to be located
<br />within the City right-of--way in the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Resolution No. 77-45 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading.
<br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids
<br />for walkie talkies for the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted,
<br />and declaring an emergency.

<br />911.10 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Sharpe
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr.

<br />Wilamosky, Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative
<br />vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion
<br />carried. Ord. No. 77-46 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 77-47 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its second reading.
<br />An Ordinance establishing compensation to be paid to the Administrative and
<br />Maintenance Employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, repealing Ordinance
<br />No. 76-143 enacted on October 5, 1976, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Beaty
<br />stated he overlooked in Caucus to request the suspension of rule on this legislation
<br />but for pap purposes it would facilitate and help the bus line quite a bit if this
<br />was passed under suspension. Mr. Beaty moved for suspension of rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vase: Beaty,
<br />Boehmer, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Fairfield. Mr. Beaty
<br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer,
<br />Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-47
<br />adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 77-48 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its second reading. An
<br />Ordinance establishing compensation to be paid to the Bus Drivers of the North
<br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and repealing Ord. No. 7b-142 enacted October 5, 1976,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Beaty moved for suspension of rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, for the same reason given for 77-47. Motion seconded by
<br />Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
<br />Negative vote: Fairfield. Mr. Beaty moved for adoption, seconded by Air. West.
<br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
<br />Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-48 adopted.
