<br />Ordinance No. 77-38 introduced by Mr. West was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor fd the City of North Olmsted to enter into an
<br />agreement with the City of Westlake for the purpose of providing sanitary sewer
<br />services to 193 residential lots located within the City of Westlake, as mended.

<br />Ordinance No. 77-39 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance accepting an easet from Spartico DiBenedetto and Ann DiBeaedetto
<br />for a sanitary sewer easement located within the cities of North Olmsted and
<br />Westlake. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote:
<br />Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried.

<br />Ordinance vacating a sanitary sewer easement heretofore granted by the Blossom
<br />Land Corporation for the installation of a sanitary sewer partly in the City of North
<br />Olmsted and partly in the City of Westlake. Mrs. Sharge moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer,
<br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-40 adapted.
<br />Ordinance No. 77-41 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance amending Section 911.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North
<br />Olmsted entitled "Charges Generally" which is a part of Chapter 91 entitled
<br />"Sanitary Sewerage System Charges", and declaring an emergency, as amend~sd. Mrs.
<br />Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Mr. Fairfield asked for
<br />discussion: Mr. Fairfield asked Mrs. Sharpe who sponsored the legislation and Mr.
<br />Boehmer who seconded it, to amend that part of the ordinance that mentions the 60X
<br />and just consider the rollback part which is the $7.45 - so the voters on March 22nd
<br />will not be confused in voting on the 3 mill levy. Mr. Fairfield said hie
<br />contention is, from comments he has heard from the people that the 3 mill levy might
<br />pass and they will still get hit with the 60X. People believe they are going to be
<br />hit with 60X even though they Circulated getitions to put that down and they will
<br />not vote for the 3 mill levy under those circumstances because they this~c they are
<br />going to get the 3 mill levy also. Mr. Fairfield-stated he is asking for an amendment
