Weldon who put on <br />.the party for the Service Dept. <br />Ms. Pat Joseph, 4618. Ashbury Park,., addressed Council with respect to .Ord. No. <br />76-193. Mr. Childs explained the proposal. <br />Mr. Morri Hatch., 27397 Benwoc~d Circle, addressed Council with respect to <br />filling vacancy in Ward 1.. Procedure was explained. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance,No. 76-170 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing. the Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition <br />or removal of a detached garage located .on :permanent parc~El No. 232-18-32, on <br />Porter Road, in the City of 1~rth Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr.. <br />Boehmer moved for adoption, seeon~ad by Mr.. West. A~firm~tive vote: Beaty, <br />Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe., .West, Wilanosky. Motion carried. Ord. <br />No. 76-170 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-171 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given ~.ts third reading. An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Shaker Mechanical <br />Corporation for the purpose of extending warranties on equipment located at the <br />North Olmsted Recreation Center Codex.
