A <br />resolution authorizing and directing the riapor to make application to the Gtzyahoga <br />County Board of Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5.00 <br />License Tax Funds for participation with the County in the impre t of Haver Center <br />Road, and declar3n$ an emergency. Resolution No. 78-167 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-168 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reeding. An ordin- <br />ance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 78-27 entitled "An ordinance astlishing <br />salary ranges of individuals within the Hepartment of Budget and Men at and de- <br />claring an emergency", and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky nwved to table, <br />seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boahmer, Logap, Petrigac, Saringer, <br />Sharpe, 4lilamosky. Motion carried. Ordinance No. 78-168 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 78-169 introduced by rsr. Wilamosky was given its second xeadin$. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for one (1) <br />sound level meter for use in the Safety Department. <br />Resolution No. 7~3-170 introduced by Mr. Baehmer was given its second reading. A reso- <br />lution authorizing the Director of Safety to advertise for bids for Chree (3) sets of <br />lights and six (6) radios for police cars for use 3n the Police Department and author- <br />ising the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Ordinance No. 78-I71 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending the Traffic Control Map of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the <br />installation of two stop signs, ane stop sign to be located on North Court where it <br />intersects with Wedgewood Drive, and the other to be located on South Court where it <br />intersects with Wedgewood Drive. <br />Ordinance No. 78-172 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance accepting for dedication the Birch Circle Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-173 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An or- <br />dinance expressing cooperation with tine Director of Transportation with respect to the <br />illumination of State Route 17 between State Route 10 to the east corporat#.on line, <br />a distance of approximately 2.1 miles, all within the City of North Olmsted, and declar- <br />ing an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 78-174 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the cgnsulting firm of <br />Hoff-Weston for the illumination of Brookpark Road from Lorain Road to the east corpor- <br />ation line. <br />Ordinance No. 78-175 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agree- <br />ment with the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners wherein the City of North Olmsted <br />is to serve as lead agency in an application for a facility plan, to provide facility <br />planning services for Olmsted Township, and to perform other necessary matters for a <br />Federal Grant under the provisions of the Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of <br />1972, in connection with improvements and auditions to the Wastewater treatment and <br />sanitary sewerage facilities of Olmsted T+ship, as part of the area known as the North <br />Olmsted Facility Plan and declaring an emergency. <br />...
