Council Minutes of 12119/78 -7- LEGISLATION ~Cont'd): Ordinance No. 78-176 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the City of North Opted to enter into an agreement with the City of Fairview Park wherein the City of North Olmsted is to serve as lead agency in the application and other necessary matters for a Federal Grant under the grovisions of the Glater Pollution Control Act Amendmisnts of 1972, in connection with inq~rove~-ents and additions to the wastewater treatment and sanitary sewage facilities of the Cities of North Olmsted and Fairview Park as part of the area known as the North Olmsted Facility Plan Area and declaring an emergency. An ordin- ance amending the Traffic Control M~tp of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a stop sign at Birch Circle where it intersects at Palm Drive.
