Council Minutes of 12119/78 <br />-7- <br />LEGISLATION ~Cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 78-176 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the City of North Opted to enter into an agreement with the <br />City of Fairview Park wherein the City of North Olmsted is to serve as lead agency in <br />the application and other necessary matters for a Federal Grant under the grovisions of <br />the Glater Pollution Control Act Amendmisnts of 1972, in connection with inq~rove~-ents and <br />additions to the wastewater treatment and sanitary sewage facilities of the Cities of <br />North Olmsted and Fairview Park as part of the area known as the North Olmsted Facility <br />Plan Area and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 78-177 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reae3ing. An ordin- <br />ance amending the Traffic Control M~tp of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the <br />installation of a stop sign at Birch Circle where it intersects at Palm Drive. <br />Ordinance No. 7$-180 introduced by Mrs. Petrigan was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into sn agreement with tie cor-sulting firm of <br />Dalton, Dalton, Newport for the preparation of a 201 Facility Plan including an <br />infiltration/inflow analysis for the North Olmsted Sanitaxq Sewage Service Area. <br />Resolution No. 78-181 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second r+~adin$. A <br />resolution accepting for recording purposes only the State Wholesale Subdivision in the <br />Gity of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 78-182 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its first reading. A resolution <br />expressing opposition to Section 5124.06 of the Ohia Reeised Code entitled "Jail <br />Standards". President Lampert referred this resolution to Public Safety, Health and <br />tdelfare Committee. <br />Resolution No. 78-183 introduced by Mr, Logan was given its first reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for one (1) swimming <br />pool heater far use in the Recreation Complex, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Logan <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, seconded by Mrs. Petrigac. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, T~diiamosky. <br />'lotion carried. rir. A reso- <br />lution accepting for recording purposes only the Gertsma Construction Company Sub- <br />division in the City of North Olmsted. President Lampert referred this resoluion <br />to Building, Zoning and Development Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 78-185 introduced by Mr. *dilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to make an apprapri.aton for the refund of excess local government revenue <br />distributed to the City of North Olmsted during 1978. tor. tdilamosky moved to suspend <br />the rule requiring three readings, seconded by Mrs. Saringer. Affirmative <br />vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />Mr. tdilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Saringer.
