An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners wherein de City of North Oltgsted is to serve as lead agency in an application for a Facility Plan, to provide facility planniu~ services for 01~nsted Township, and to perform other naceeaary matters for a~f'ederal Grant under the provisions of the Water Pollution Control Act ATaendments of 1972, in connection with improvements and additions to the taastewatex Treatment and Sanitary Sewerage Facilities of Olmsted Township, as part of the area knoem as the North Olmsted Facility Plan and declaring an emergency.
