Ordinance No. 78-126 adapted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-133 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance transferring appropriations for current expenses aYtd other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 32, 1978, as amended. <br />Mrs. Sharpe moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, seconded by <br />Mr. Logan. Affirmative vote: Meaty, Boehmar, Logan, Petrigac, Sherpa, Wil~sky. <br />Motion carried. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Logan. Ordin- <br />ance No. 78-133 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-134 introduced by Mayor Swietyaiowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept a Tan Thousand Dollar ($l0,OQf?) grant <br />from the Cleveland Foundation for the establishment of a Youth Diversion Program and <br />authorizing the required Six Thousand Dollar ($6,000) matching funds. <br />Resolution No. 78-136 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reading. A reso- <br />lution authorising the Director of Public Safety to advertise forl~.ds for the <br />construction of a stairway to the second story of the Recreation Complex. Mr. Logan <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, seconded by Mr. Boahm~er. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Resolution No. 78-136 <br />adopted. <br />Mr. Logan publically offered the appreciation of t~~e City to members of the Recreation <br />Complex Advisory Board for their hard efforts in raising $1,000 to help us complete <br />the stairway to the second story of the Rec Complex, and also to the Recreation <br />Commission for the appropriation of $2,000. <br />Ordinance Na. ?8-137 introduced by Mr. Wiiamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Chapter 901 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted <br />entitled "Opex±.ings and Excavations" by adding thereto a new Section 901:.09 entitled <br />"Barriers and learning Devices" and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 78-138 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution opposing a cost of living formula t® ~ included in Police and Firemen`s <br />Pension Fund resulting in an increased cost to aunicipalities for employee pension <br />benefits. <br />Resolution No. 78-139 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reading. A resolu- <br />tion urging the Regional Income Agency to simplify their tax forms. <br />Resolution No. 78-141 introduced by Mr. Wiiamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 4,000 <br />tons of salt and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br /> <br />
