<br />the recommendations for capital iagrovea~tts in the City Parks.
<br />Mrs. Sharpe, Chairman Building, Zanng & Development Committee, reported Committee
<br />met tonight, April 4, 1978, and di c~sad fo2.lowag:
<br />1) Taco Bell at Coe & Lorain Rds. revised plans and Committee has no objections:
<br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the revised pans of Taco Bell at Coe b Lorain Btd.,
<br />seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirvttive vote: Beaty, Boehster, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer,
<br />Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />2) Phase II Columbia Road Baptist Church plans - the rebuilding of the Church and
<br />Committee has no objections:
<br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the Phase II Plans of the Columbia Road Baptist
<br />Church, seconded by Mr. Logan. Affirmative vote: Bea'.:y, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac,
<br />Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried;
<br />3) Magic Pan -first entrance east of May Co. on the north side facing Brooicpark
<br />Rd. - Committee has no objections:
<br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the plans of Magic Pan, seconded by Mr. Logan.
<br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boeherer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky.
<br />Motion carried;
<br />4) Cleveland Trust Drive-In Bank Plans which pleas Mere approved by Planning
<br />Commission and Architectural Review Board and also approved by Committee:
<br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the pleas of the Cleveland Trust Drive-In Bank,
<br />seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affi~-tive vote: Beaty, Boe'ltmer, Logan, Petrigac,
<br />Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carded.
<br />5) Poppin Fresh Restaurant, located west of the Red Lobster on Lorain Rd. which
<br />plans were approved by Planning Co~amssion and Architectural Review Board. The
<br />parking is sufficient: there are~92 spaces and the requirement is 76.
<br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the parking plates of the Poppin Fresh Restaurant,
<br />seconded by Mr. Logan. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boshmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer,
<br />Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />6) Clague Plaza Subdivision additional parking - asking for 18 parking spaces
<br />and Committee has no objections:
<br />Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the 18 additional parking spaces for Clague
<br />® Plana Subdivision, seconded by Mr. Meaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan,
<br />Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
