Mr. Wilasosky sat~red for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boeh~eer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. <br />Motion carried. Ord.. No. 78-26 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-27 introduced by Mr. Kilamosky was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing saiarq ravages of isedividuals within the Department of <br />Budget and Management and declaring an eaergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirsative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, <br />Petrigac, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Saringer - reason Mrs. Saringer is <br />voting No is because she believes the .salary range of the Director should have <br />been higher. 6 Yeas - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Ord. No. 78-27 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 78-24 introduced by Mr. Wiiamosky was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution urging the Legislature of the State of Ohio to take immediate steps <br />in amesa~ng the Ohio Revised Code with respect to the method of assessing real <br />property. <br />Ordinance No. 78-29 introduced by Mr. Beelauwer was given its second reading.
