An <br />Ordinance providing for. the session to the electors of the City of North Olmsted, <br />a charter amendment amandiag Article IV S+aeEion 5, dealing with the filling of <br />vacancies on Council, and declaring an ersrgsncy. ter. Logan stated through the <br />Committee and other conversations it coma to light that the proposed charter <br />amendment as wall as charter is passed is 1975 m~-de no provision for a <br />primary election with resp+sct to ding with vacancies of the Mayor, Law Director <br />and Finance Director. No. 78-32, seeondsd by Mr. Wilsky. Mr. Beaty <br />discussed whether it would be more appropriate to refer the legislation back into <br />Committee as opposed to tabling it. Mr. Logan, Mr. Beaty and Mr. Wiiambsky <br />discussed the legislation. <br />Roll Call on Motion to table Ord. No. 78-32. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, <br />Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wiiamasky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 78-32 tabled. <br />Resolution No. 78-33 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution expressing an infant bq the City of North Olmsted to cooperate with <br />the Commissioners of Cuyahoga County concsrming municipal solid waste disposal. <br />Ordinance No. 78-34 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reading.
