A <br />Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Margo Drive Resubdivision <br />in the City of North Olssted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-16 introduced by Mr. Boehaner was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted <br />to provide for the installation of a traffic control signal on Lorain Road at <br />the ingress and egress drive of the forth Olmsted Recreation Center. <br />Mr. Wilasosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in <br />connection with Ord. No. 78~-23, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, <br />Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Beringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Fiscal <br />Officer's Certificate was furnished. <br />Ordinance. No. 7$-23 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing. the issuance of renewal notes in anticipation of the <br />issuance o~ bands for the purpose of gayi~tg part of the cost of constructing a <br />police aistration building and cleaning, landscaping and otherwise improving <br />the site thereof, and declaring an ea~er~ency. <br />Resolution No,.78-24 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution urging the Legislature of the Sate of Ohio to take iaa~diate steps <br />~; in amending the Ohio Revised Code with respect to the method of assessing real <br />property.
