LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 78-9 introduced by Mr. w~laky was given its third reading. An Ordinance authorising the Mayor to enter into a contract for the deposit of public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositiorias for the active and inactive accounts of .the Ctty,. Resolution No. 78-12 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe wss given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Margo Drive Resubdivision in the City of North Olssted. Ordinance No. 78-16 introduced by Mr. Boehaner was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a traffic control signal on Lorain Road at the ingress and egress drive of the forth Olmsted Recreation Center. Mr. Wilasosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ord. No. 78~-23, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Beringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Fiscal Officer's Certificate was furnished. Ordinance. No. 7$-23 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing. the issuance of renewal notes in anticipation of the issuance o~ bands for the purpose of gayi~tg part of the cost of constructing a police aistration building and cleaning, landscaping and otherwise improving the site thereof, and declaring an ea~er~ency.
