<br />resolution that North Olmsted Citq Coumeil support the 9.9 mi11 North Olmated Public
<br />School eimergency levy which wi1Z be placed aa the ballot at the special electioa on
<br />March 29, 1979, and declaring an emergencq. Mrs. Petrigac maved for suspension of
<br />rule requiring three readinge, eeconded by Mr. Boehmer. Afflrmative vote: Beaty,
<br />Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Wf.lamueky. Motion carrie@. Mrs. Petrigac moved
<br />for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vate: Besaty, l3oehmer, Logrsn,

<br />Mr. Wilamosky comnented with respect to Resolutioa No, 79-11 that he would like to
<br />clarify his vote on this. Certainly snpparts it. Thinks it is necessary aot only
<br />for the City but for the children aho are ,going to beaefit by it. Would like to
<br />encourage the Board of Education and the 3upexinteadent to do as much as possible
<br />with respect to educating the voters of the coenmunitq - the taxpapers of the
<br />couamunity - as to what the needs are and wh$t the 9.9 mill ia going to encompass.
<br />Basic education in good public promotion is needed to advise people as to where this
<br />9.9 mill and other school funds are currently being used.
<br />Resolution No. 79-12 introduced bq Mr. BoeMuuuer was given its first reading. A reso-
<br />lution authorfaftag the Direetor of Public Service to gurchase six (b) graves in
<br />Lot No. 39$ in Butternut Ridge Cemetery from Mrs. W. V. Gage, which were previously
<br />sold to Mrs. W. V. Gage.

<br />lution auChoriaing the Director of Public Service tv advertiae for bids far 30,000
<br />pouads of nitric acid for use at the [tastewatex' Treatment Plsat, and authorizing Mayor
<br />to contract for same. President Limpert reterred Resolution P1o. 79-13 to Finaace
<br />Conumittee.
