An <br />ordinance amending Section 1221.09 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Supgleaentary Regu- <br />lations" of Chapter 1221, entitled "Signs", as amended. <br />Ordinance No. $3-142 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the Mayor to contract for the services of a professional City Planner <br />for the purpose of upgrading and modernizing the City Zoning Code. Mr. Logan moved <br />for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Woerpel, unanimouslq <br />approved. Mr. Logan moved for adoption, second by Mr. Taoerpel, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 83-142 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-144 introduced by Ma.yor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to; en,ber into a contract for the deposit of public <br />monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories f.or the active and <br />interim accounts of the City. <br />Resolution No. 83-145 introduced by Mr, railamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and <br />authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. McKa:y, <br />unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved f.or adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unani- <br />mously anproved. Resolution No. 83-145 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-149 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees employed <br />by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-150 introduced by Mayor Swiet_yniowski was given its first reading. <br />•An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted far the year ending December 31, 1484. <br />Ordinance No. 83-151 introduced by Mr. Iailamosky was.given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the Cit_y Fngineer anci/or the Building Commissioner to permit and allow <br />the temporary disconnection of roof downspouts from the main sewer and splashdown of <br />roof water directly upon the ground, and granting a temporary suspension of Section <br />917.02 of the North Olmsted Codified Ord.inances, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83Y152 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its f_irst reading. An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the issuance of a S2,500,000 Industrial Develooatent First Mortgage <br />Revenue Note of the Ctiy of North Olmsted, Ohio, in order to assist Fairview West <br />Partners, Ltd., an Ohio Limited Partnership, in financing the costs of the acquisition, <br />construction, improvement, and equipping of a commercial facility to be owned by such <br />partnership and leased to Fairview Realty Management Company, to be used as a medical <br />office building, located within the boundaries of the City; authoriting the issuance of <br />additional notes• providing for the nledge of revenues and receipts for the payment of <br />said notes, authorizing a loan agreemat with respect to the nroceeds derived from <br />the sale of said notes; and to further secure the payment of principal, premium, if <br />any, and interest on said notes by the assignment of such l.oan agreement, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for susgension o,f rule requiring three readings, <br />second by Mr. Logan unanimously approved. A1:r.
