An ordin-- <br />ance authorizing and directing the Director of. Public Service to advertise for the <br />construction of advanced secondary additions and modi£ications to the existing Taaste-- <br />water Treatment Plant, including phosphorous removal, nitrif_ication, odor control <br />and solids fiandling facilities as in the nlans and specifications apProved b_y <br />the Ohio Envtronmental Protection Agency's nermit, issued September 22, 1983, and <br />known as Pro.ject No. C--391665-03, and declaring an emergencV. r?r. McKay moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. Logan, unanimously anproved. Ordinance No. 83-135 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83--136 introduced hy Mr. GToerpel was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1221.09 o.f the 7.,oning Code entitled "Supnlementary Regu- <br />lations" of Chapter 1221 entitled "Signs". <br />Ordinance No. 83-137 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1174.06 of the Zoning Code entitled "Rear Yard Restriction" <br />of Chapter 1174 entitled "Height and Area Regulati.ons for Retail Business Districts". <br />Ordinance No. 83r138 introduced by Mr. Woerpel was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the 7one Map of the City of North Olmsted, <br />which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing <br />the premises hereinafter described from C Single Residence District to Mu.ltiple <br />Residence District. <br />President Boehmer was called to the telephone; President Pro Tem Petriaac now <br />chairing the Council Meeting. <br />Ordinance No. 83-141 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses for the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1983, and declaring an emergency. ?`'[r. Tailamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Logan, unani- <br />mously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconci hy "fr, Togan, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. $3-141 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-139 introduced by Mr. ?ailamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the execution of an agreement with Fairview Fntervrises, Inc., <br />an Ohio Corporation, as agent f_or an Ohio Limited Partnership to he formed per- <br />taining to the financing of the costs of acquisition, construction, imvrovement and <br />equipping of a commercial facility £or use as a medical office building within the <br />boundaries of the cicy of *?orth Olmsted, Ohio, to he owned by the partnership to be <br />formed, and declaring an eriergenc_y. Mr. Witamosky moved for susnension of rule re- <br />quiring three readings, second by !`?r. Logan, unanimously approved.. Mr. 14ilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by "[r. Logan, unanimously anproved. Ordinance No. 83--139 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-140 introduced bV Mr. Wa.lamosky was given fts first reading. An <br />ordinance retaining the legal services of Arter and Hadden in connection with legal <br />matters relating to the issuance of bonds to f.inance a Aro,ject pursuant to the vro- <br />visions of Chapter 165 of the Ohio Revised Code, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. LoQan, <br />unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Logan, <br />unanimousl_y approved.
