An ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of $2,000,000 Industrial Development Mortgage Revenue Bonds of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the purpose of making a loan to assist Great Northern Associates I, Ltd. in the financing of costs of a "pro3ect" within the meaning of Chapter 165, bhio Revised Code; providing for the pledge of revenues for the payment of said bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of a loan agreement with respect to tfie proceeds derived from the sale of said bonds; and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adaption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Ordin- ance No. 83-110 adopted. Resolution No. 83-111 introduced b,y Mr. McKay was given its first reading. A resolution opposing the change to extension of the runway parallel to the NE-SW 5- 23, known as 5 Right - 23 Left. Mr. McKay moved to amend Resolution No. 83-111 by adding an emer$ency clause, "for the imnediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide for tfie avoidance of potential noise pollution throughout the City of North Olmsted", second by Mr. Logan. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Logan, McKay, Petrigac, Saringer, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman. 5 Aye - 1 Nay -- Motion carried. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of cinders and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. A resolution autiiorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for new tires and tubes for use by the City, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,500 tons of road salt and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and de- claring an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-115 introduced Fiy Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of constructing, furni5hing and equipping a combined Bus Garage, Service Garage, and Municipal Administration Building and 3mproving the site thereof, and declaring an emergency.
