Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three readings, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Ordin- <br />ance No. 83-110 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 83-111 introduced b,y Mr. McKay was given its first reading. A <br />resolution opposing the change to extension of the runway parallel to the <br />NE-SW 5- 23, known as 5 Right - 23 Left. Mr. McKay moved to amend Resolution No. <br />83-111 by adding an emer$ency clause, "for the imnediate preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately <br />necessary to provide for tfie avoidance of potential noise pollution throughout the <br />City of North Olmsted", second by Mr. Logan. Roll call on motion: Affirmative <br />vote: Logan, McKay, Petrigac, Saringer, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman. <br />5 Aye - 1 Nay -- Motion carried. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,000 tons of cinders and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring <br />an emergency. A <br />resolution autiiorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />new tires and tubes for use by the City, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for <br />same, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved Finance Director Boyle present a Fiscal Officer's Certificate <br />with respect to Ordinance No. 83-115, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 83-115 introduced Fiy Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds for the purpose of constructing, furni5hing and equipping a combined Bus <br />Garage, Service Garage, and Municipal Administration Building and 3mproving the <br />site thereof, and declaring an emergency.
