Council Minutes of 9/6/83 -5' <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 83-86 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City of <br />North Olmsted, a fund known as the Facility Plan Step III - System Fund, and de- <br />claring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky stated that the items covered in Ordinance <br />No. 83-86 have been incorporated in Ordinance No. 83-85, therefore Mr. Wilamoaky <br />moved to table Ordinance No. 83-86, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 83-86 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 83-87 introduced by Mr. Tailamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayar to enter into a contract for deposit of public <br />monies with the First National Bank of Ashland, for active accounts o€ the City, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Woerpel, <br />unanimously anproved. Ordinance No. 83-87 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-89 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to <br />provide for the installation of "no parking" signs at the east side of West Park <br />Drive, beginning 100 feet south of the south entrance drive to the Comununity Cabin <br />and also north of the drive, 430 feet beyond, and declaring an emergency. Mr. MeKay <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. Logan, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-89 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-95 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance vacating a sewer easement heretofore granted by John W. Heller and Captola Heller <br />for the installation of a sewer in the City o£ North Olmsted, and accepting a new <br />sewer easement. <br />Ordinance No. 83-98 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending the Traffic Cantrol Map and File af the City of North Olmsted to <br />provide for the installation of one (1) stop sign to be placed on the southeast <br />corner of Mitchell and Westview Drives, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-101 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter an agreement with the City of Fairview Park <br />relative to the ownership, operation and maintenance of the proposed sanitary relief <br />sewers recommended in the North Olmsted Facilities Plan. <br />Resolution No. 83-102 introduced by Mr. McKa_y was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for a <br />backhoe tractor, a one-ton flat bed truck with power lift gate, one Jet Vac sewer <br />cleaning machine, a three-quarter ton pickup truck, one £our-doox sedan autc>mobile <br />for use at the Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plant, and autfiorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-103 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned by the City of <br />North Olmsted and previously used by the Department of Puhlic Services and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-104 introduced by Mr. Glilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the cancellation of special assessments on <br />certain permanent parcels, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Logan, unanimously <br />approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 83-104 adopted.
