<br />Ordinance No. 83-105 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An
<br />ordinance authorizing the issua.nce of notes in anticipation of the issuance of
<br />bonds to pay costs of acquiring and installing telephone equipment and necessary
<br />appurtenances thereto for use by the City, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Logan, unani-
<br />mously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unani-
<br />mously approved. Ordinance No. 83-105 adopted.

<br />ordinance authorizing the issuanee of notes in anticipation of the issuance of
<br />bonds for the purpose of purchasing trucks, automobiles and other motorized equip-
<br />ment, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, for various departments of
<br />the City, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule
<br />requiring three readings, second by Mr. Woerpel, unanimously approved. Mr. tJilamosky

<br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement wi,th Pi,pesavexs, Inc.,
<br />of Westmont, Illinois, for the restoration of 2.7 miles of water line located in
<br />Lorain Road, in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wila-
<br />mosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mrs. Saringer.

<br />Ordinance No. 83-108 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An
<br />ordinance to resurface the existing pavemment and perform miscellaneous work items
<br />on that part of SR-10 (Lorain Avenue) within the Citp of North Olmeted from SR-17
<br />to the North Olmsted east corporati.on limit; total length being 2.47 miles more or
<br />less, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Fdilamosky moved for suspension of rule re-
<br />quiring three readings, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Mr. idila-
<br />mosky moved for adoption, second b_y Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved, Ordinance
<br />No. 83-108 adonted.
<br />Ordinance No. 83-109 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its first reading. An
<br />ordinance amending Section 5 of Ordinance No. 83-93, ati:th respect to the establish-
<br />ment of a salary zange for the Clerk of Council and the Secretary to the Clerk of
<br />Council. Referred to Council-as-a-Whole Committee.
<br />Ordinance No. 83-110 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An
<br />ordinance authoxizing the i,ssuance and sale of $2,000,000 Industrial Development
<br />Mortgage Revenue Bonds of the City of North Qlmsted, Ohio, for the purpose of making
<br />a loan to assist Great Northern Associates I, Ltd, in the financing of costs of a
<br />"pxoject" within the meaning of Chapter 165, Ohio Revised Code; providing for the
<br />pledge of revenues for the payment of said bonds; authorizing the execution and
<br />delivery of a loan agreement with respect to the proceeds derived from the sale of
<br />said bonds, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee.
