Council Minutes of 7/5/83 -7- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. $3-82 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the organizatian and composition of the Police Department; salaries and various benefits for the members of the Police Department; various rules, regulations and employee rights, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-83 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted of a proposed amendment to the charter of the City of North Olmsted relating to the establishment of a Department of Budget and Management, and declaring an emergeney. Ordinance No. 83-85 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City of North Olmsted, a fund known as The Facility Plan Step III - Plant Fund, and de- claring an emergency.
