Council Minutes of 7/5/83 -7- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. $3-82 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the organizatian and composition of the Police Department; <br />salaries and various benefits for the members of the Police Department; various <br />rules, regulations and employee rights, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-83 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted <br />of a proposed amendment to the charter of the City of North Olmsted relating to the <br />establishment of a Department of Budget and Management, and declaring an emergeney. <br />Ordinance No. 83-85 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City of <br />North Olmsted, a fund known as The Facility Plan Step III - Plant Fund, and de- <br />claring an emergency. An ordin- <br />ance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to pro- <br />vide for the installation of "No Parking" signs at the east side of West Park Drive, <br />beginning 100 feet south of the souCh entrance drive to the Community Gabin and also <br />north of the drive, 430 feet beyond, and declaring an emergency.
