Council Minutes of 5/17/83 -7- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 83-44 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski waa given its third reading. An ordinance transferring forty-six thousand, seventy-two dollars ($46,072.00) for current expenditures of the City of North 0lmsted, Ohio, for the year ending I3ecemtaer 31, 1983, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adopCion, second by Mr. Logan, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-44 adopted. Ordinance No. 83-48 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its third reading. An ordin- ance establishing a new Section 509.09 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Creating a Disturbance - Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages" ot Chapter 509 entitled "Disorderly Conduct and Peace Disturbance", and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Petriga.c tiaoved for adoption, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. Ordinance Pio. 83-4$ adopted. Ordinance No. 83-49 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a water service agreement with the City of Cleveland whereby the City of Cleveland will furnish water to the City of North Olmsted and to its citizens under certain terms and conditions. Ordinance No. 83-50 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance granting the Ma.yor, upon notice from the City of Cleveland, Division of Water and Heat, the right to proclaim a water use emergency. Ordinance No. 83-51 introdueed by Mrs. Petrigac and Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a traffic control signal on Columbia Road at the intersection of Rose Road and Fawn Drive. Ordinance No. 83-52 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordin- ance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the C#ty of North Olmsted, a fund known as the "Endowment and Grant Fund", and deelaring an emergeney. Mr. Woerpel moved for suspension of ruie requiring three readings, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky maved for adoption, second by Mr. Woerpel, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-52 adopted. Ordinance No. 83-53 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City of North Olmsted, a fund known as the "Trust and Agency Fund", and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-54 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordin- ance appropriating two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for the purchase of parsmedic equipment, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-55 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its seeond reading. An ordinance authorizing the Ma.yor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners wherein the City of North Olmsted is to serve as lead agency in an application for a grant to assist in the degign and construction of sanitary sewer system improvements and rehabilitation recommended in the Facility plan Step 1 Sewer System Evaluation Survey (SSES) Report and to construct improvements to the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment P1ant as designed according to the Facility Ylan Step 2 and to perform other necessary matters for a Step 3 Federal Grant under the provisions of the Clean Water Act Amendments of 1977, in connection with improvtments and additions to the wastewater treatment and sanitary sewerage facilities of Olsmted Tcrwnship, as part 0 of the area known as rhe North Olmsted Facility Plan and declaring an emergency.
