An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the Mayor o€ the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreempnt with <br />the City of Fairview Park wherein the City of North Olmsted is to serve ag lead agency <br />in an application for a grant to assist in the design and construction of sanitary <br />sewer system improvements and rehabilitation recommended in the Facility Plan Step 1 <br />Sewer System Evaluation Survey (SSES) Report and to construct improvements to the North <br />Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant as designed according to the Facility PIan 5tep 2 <br />Grant and to perform other necessary matters for a Step 3 Federal Grant under the pro- <br />visions of the Clean Water Act Amendments of 1977 as part of the area known as the North <br />Olmsted Facility Plan, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance <br />to authorize emergency bodq repairs to two (2) buses owned by the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-58 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />authorizing the Ma.yor to enter into an a.greement with the consulting firm of Dalton- <br />Dalton-Newport for the preparation af conatruction plans, specifications and estimates <br />of cost as recommended in the Sewer System Evaluation Survey Report for the North Olmsted <br />and Olmsted Township portions of the North Oltnsted Facility Plan Area, and declaring an <br />emergency. An ordinance <br />appropriating twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) in connection with Ordinance No. 83-58 <br />for the cost of preparing improvement plans, specifications, and estimates of cost in <br />accordance with the recommendations in the Sewer System Evaluation Survey Report, and <br />declaring an emergency. An ordin- <br />ance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1983, and declaring <br />an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 83-61 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its first reading. A resolution <br />accepting for recording purposes only the 7515 Company's Subdivision No. 2 in the City <br />of North Olmsted and repealing Resolution No. 81-14. Referred to BZD Conmittee. <br />Mr. Woerpel rose to a point of personal grivilege; stated that while Mr. Logan intro- <br />duced Ordinance No. 83-61, for the purpose o£ getting it on the table, this legislation <br />originally bore Mr. Woerpel's name as sponsor. He does resent ].egislation being sub- <br />mitted in his name, without being informed. The courtesy of a phone ca]3 might have <br />been appropriate.
