<br />ance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed with the denolition or removal of
<br />the detached garage located an Permanent Parcel No. 234-6-3, at 30790 Lorain Roed, in
<br />the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an euergency. Mr. Wilainosky moved for suspension
<br />of rule requiring referral to cammittee as well as suspension of rule requiring three
<br />readings, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky uoved for adoption,
<br />second by Mrs. Saringer, uttanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-63 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 83-64 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its first reading. An ordin-
<br />ance amending Section 737.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmated,
<br />entitled "Requirements of Pedcl2ers" of Chapter 737 entitled "Frozen Dessert Peddlers",
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of rule requiring re-
<br />ferral to committee as well as suspension of rule requiring three readings, seeond by
<br />Mr. Bierman. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Bierman, Logan, MeRap, Petrigac,
<br />Saringer, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Woerpel. 6 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried.

<br />Ordinance No. 83-65 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given its first reading. An ordinance
<br />authorizing the Mapor to enter into an agreement with the North Olmsted Board of
<br />Education for the purpose of leasing the third floor of Butternut School, 26235 Butternut
<br />Ridge Road, from the North Olmsted Board of Education, which will be used by Iiorizons,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee.
<br />Resolution No. 83-66 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its first reading. A reso-
<br />lution authorizing the North Olmsted Landmarks Commission to make application to the
<br />Ohio Historic Preservation Office for a grant for fiscal year 1983, and declaring an
<br />emergency. Mrs. Petrigac moved for suspension of rule requiring referral to comm.ittee
<br />as well as suspension of rule requirtng three readings, second by Mr. Bierman. Affirm-
<br />ative vote: Bierman, Logan, MeRay, Petrigac, Woerpel, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Saringer.
<br />6 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Mrs. Saringer explained that since she had voted to
<br />disapprove the allocation of funds, Ordinance No. 82-150, she wanted to be consistent
<br />and therefore had voted "no". Mrs. Petrigac explained the purpose of this r.esolution
<br />to Mrs. Saringer. Mrs. Petrigac moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously
<br />approved. Resolution No. 83-66 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 83-67 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. A resolution
<br />authorizing the Ma.yor of the City of North Olmsted to apply for a fedexal $rant for the
<br />rehabilitation and development in the North Olmsted Park in accordance with the Ma.ster
<br />P1an with the specific purpose of involving small business and providing jobs and
<br />accomplishing benefits of a lasting value, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved
<br />for suspension of rule requiring referral to committee as well as suspension of rule
<br />requiring three readings, second by Mr. Logan, una.nimously approved. Mr. McKay moved
<br />for adoption, second by Mr. Logan, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 83-67 adopted.

<br />authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to apply for a federal grant for the
<br />rehabilitation and development of ornamental tree planting on the public right-of-way
<br />of residential streets in the City of North Olmsted with the sgecific purpose of in-
<br />? volving small business and providing jobs and accomplishing benefits of a lasting value,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of rule requiring referral
<br />to commiittee as well as suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Woerpel,
<br />unanimously approved. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Woerpel, unanimously
<br />approved. Resolution No. 83-68 approved.
