Council Minutes of 5/3/83 -7- LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 83-30 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An ordin- ance establishing the longevity policy for all current as well as tuture employees of the City of North Olsmted; "Employee's Longevity Benefits: Exceptions", as amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved Council table Ordinance No. 83-30, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-30 tabled. Ordinance No. 83-38 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Ma.p and File of the City of North Olmsted to provide far the installation of a traffic control signal on relocated State Route 252, at the inter- section with Butternut Ridge Road. Mr. McRay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Logan, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-38 adopted. Ordinance No. 83-42 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An azdinance authorizing the Ma.yor to enter into an agreeaent with Hot Stove Baseball League and the North Olmsted Board of Education for the purpose of improving and maintaining the Spruce School baseball field. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-42 adopted. Ordinance No. 83-43 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of ldorth Olmsted by providing for the installation of a"No Parking" sign on the cul-de-sac located at 25684 Keanedy Ridge Road in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bierntan, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-43 adopted. Ordinance No. 83-16 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing a new Section 107.15 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Financial Disclosure Statement Required" of Chapter 107 entitled "Code of Ethics", as amended. Ordinance No. 83-44 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. An ordinance transferring forty-si.x thousand, seventy-two dollars ($46,072.00) for current expenditures of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1983, and declaring an emergency. Ordinanee No. 83-45 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reading. An ordin- ance establishing the compensation to be paid to administrative and maintenance personnel employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-46 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reading. An ordin- ance establishing the campensation to be paid to all hourly employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-48 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordin- ance establishing a new Section 509.09 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Creating a Disturbance - Consumption of Alcholic Beverages" of Chapter 509 entitled "Disorderly Conduct and Peace Disturbance", and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-49 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a water service agreement with the City of Cleveland whereby the City of Cleveland will furnish water to the City of North Olmsted and to its citizens under certain terms and conditions.
