Council Minutes of 5/3/83 <br />-7- <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 83-30 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An ordin- <br />ance establishing the longevity policy for all current as well as tuture employees of <br />the City of North Olsmted; "Employee's Longevity Benefits: Exceptions", as amended. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved Council table Ordinance No. 83-30, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 83-30 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 83-38 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />amending the Traffic Control Ma.p and File of the City of North Olmsted to provide far <br />the installation of a traffic control signal on relocated State Route 252, at the inter- <br />section with Butternut Ridge Road. Mr. McRay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Logan, <br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-38 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-42 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An azdinance <br />authorizing the Ma.yor to enter into an agreeaent with Hot Stove Baseball League and the <br />North Olmsted Board of Education for the purpose of improving and maintaining the <br />Spruce School baseball field. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bierman, <br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-42 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-43 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of ldorth Olmsted by providing <br />for the installation of a"No Parking" sign on the cul-de-sac located at 25684 Keanedy <br />Ridge Road in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by <br />Mr. Bierntan, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-43 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-16 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing a new Section 107.15 of the Codified Ordinances entitled <br />"Financial Disclosure Statement Required" of Chapter 107 entitled "Code of Ethics", <br />as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 83-44 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance transferring forty-si.x thousand, seventy-two dollars ($46,072.00) for <br />current expenditures of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December <br />31, 1983, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinanee No. 83-45 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance establishing the compensation to be paid to administrative and maintenance <br />personnel employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-46 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance establishing the campensation to be paid to all hourly employees employed by <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-48 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance establishing a new Section 509.09 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Creating a <br />Disturbance - Consumption of Alcholic Beverages" of Chapter 509 entitled "Disorderly <br />Conduct and Peace Disturbance", and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-49 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordinance <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a water service agreement with the City of Cleveland <br />whereby the City of Cleveland will furnish water to the City of North Olmsted and to <br />its citizens under certain terms and conditions. Referred to Enviranmental Control <br />41 Committee.
