Council Minutes of 4/5/$3 LEGISLATION (eont'd): Resolution No. 8 - -6- 3 27 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 83-27 adopted. Resolution No. 83-28 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 83-28 adopted. Resolution No. 83-29 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for 500 cubic yards of concrete £or Service Department road repair needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-32 introduced by Mr. Woerpel was given its second reading. An ordin- ance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olsmted, by changing the prem- ises hereinafter described from C Single Residence District to Multiple Residence District Ordinance No. 83-36 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Sectin 1195.01 of the Zoning Code entitled "Height Regulations" of Title Fifteen entitled "Limited Industry-Industrial Park District". Ordinance No. 83-38 introduced by Mr. McKa.y was given its first reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Cotnrol Ma.p and File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a traffic control signal on relocated State Route 252, at the intersection with Butternut Ridge Road. Referred to Transportation Committee. Ordinance No. 83-39 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordin- ance to resurface the existing pavement on that part of S. R. 10 (Lorain Road) within the City of North Olmsted, from the North Olmsted south corporation limit to S. R. 17 (Brookpark Road); total length being 3.53 miles more or less. Referred to Streets and Drainage Committee. Ordinance No. 83-40 introduced by Mr. Woerpel was given its first reading. An ordin- ance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the removal of trash from condominium properties located within the City of North Olmsted. A resolu- tion authortzing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for litter receptacles, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Environmental Control Coimnittee. A resolu- tion authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Hot Stove Baseball League and the North Olmsted Board of Education for the purpose of iuproving and maintaining the Spruce School Baseball Field. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of "No Parking" signs on the cul-de-sac located at 25684 Kennedy Ridge Road, in the City of North Olmsted.
