Council Minutes of 4/5/$3 <br />LEGISLATION (eont'd): <br />Resolution No. 8 - <br />-6- <br />3 27 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of <br />asphalt, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 83-27 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 83-28 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons <br />of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract <br />for same. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously <br />approved. Resolution No. 83-28 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 83-29 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for 500 cubic <br />yards of concrete £or Service Department road repair needs, and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-32 introduced by Mr. Woerpel was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which <br />Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olsmted, by changing the prem- <br />ises hereinafter described from C Single Residence District to Multiple Residence District <br />Ordinance No. 83-36 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Sectin 1195.01 of the Zoning Code entitled "Height Regulations" <br />of Title Fifteen entitled "Limited Industry-Industrial Park District". <br />Ordinance No. 83-38 introduced by Mr. McKa.y was given its first reading. An ordinance <br />amending the Traffic Cotnrol Ma.p and File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for <br />the installation of a traffic control signal on relocated State Route 252, at the <br />intersection with Butternut Ridge Road. Referred to Transportation Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 83-39 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance to resurface the existing pavement on that part of S. R. 10 (Lorain Road) within <br />the City of North Olmsted, from the North Olmsted south corporation limit to S. R. 17 <br />(Brookpark Road); total length being 3.53 miles more or less. Referred to Streets and <br />Drainage Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 83-40 introduced by Mr. Woerpel was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the removal <br />of trash from condominium properties located within the City of North Olmsted. <br />Referred to Environmental Control and Finance Committees. <br />Resolution No. 83-41 introduced by Mr. McKa.y was given its first reading. A resolu- <br />tion authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Hot Stove Baseball League <br />and the North Olmsted Board of Education for the purpose of iuproving and maintaining <br />the Spruce School Baseball Field. An ordinance <br />amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted by providing for <br />the installation of "No Parking" signs on the cul-de-sac located at 25684 Kennedy Ridge <br />Road, in the City of North Olmsted.
