An <br />ordinance authorizing;;the Director of Public Service to sell the five (5) single <br />family structures preseatly being occupied by the City of North Olmsted, which are <br />located along Dover Center Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 83-27 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons <br />of asphalt, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Resolution No. 83-28 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons <br />of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract <br />for same. <br />Resolution No. 83-29 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for 500 cubic <br />yards of concrete for Service Department road repair needs, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 161.03 of the Codified Ordinances <br />entitled "Employee's Vacations; Exceptions". An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North 0lmsted, <br />which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing <br />the premises hereinafter described from C Single Residence District to Multiple <br />Residence District. An <br />ordinance to amend certain sections in the Traffic Code to comply with current <br />State law, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Woerpel moved for suspension a£:rure <br />requiring three readings, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimosuly approved. An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the Ma.yor to enter into an agreement with the Ohio Department of <br />Natural Resources, and declaring an emergency. Mr. MeKay moved far suspension of <br />rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. <br />Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. Ordin- <br />ance No. 83-34 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-35 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending Subsection (f) of Section 351.20 of the Codified Ordinancas entitled <br />"Handicapped Parking". Mr. McKay moved for suspension of rule requiring three <br />readings, second by Mr. Bierma.n, unanimously approved. Mr. McKay maved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. Biernian, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 83-35 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-36 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1195.01 of the Zoning Code entitled "Height Regulations" <br />of Title Fifteen entitled "Limited Industry-Industrial Park District .
